Introduction
Hello and welcome to the website of Stakehill Estate, a boutique winery in the Peel region.
Stakehill Estate is a family run vineyard and winery established in 1998 by the current owners.
As well as our award wining wines, table grapes and bunched roses are available in season and wines are available all year round. We are on the corner of Stakehill and Lumsden Roads, Karnup, midway between Rockingham and Mandurah. See the contacts page for a map.
The limestone and sandy loam soils with our mild mediterranean climate produce quality grapes. All the grapes are hand picked and processed on the property using traditional methods.
The winery produces a great variety of wines, we have late harvest, dessert, fruit and dry red classics. Some of our specialty wines are: chilli, rhubarb, fig and chinese date wine. A small number of chinese date trees have been planted on-site and the fruit will be available in a couple of years.
Our cellar door is open for tasting and sales every day in summer and weekends or appointment during winter.
